We accept payment from credit and debit cards, or using a Paypal account.
We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. A returns slip will be included in your parcel. Please fill out all the details and send this back with the item. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e., unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded

Items bought online can be returned to Hummingbird for a refund with proof of purchase.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Please note that delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you live in the UK you have three different delivery options:
• Standard delivery £3.50 or FREE on orders over £50- delivered within 3-5 working days.
• First Class delivery £4.50- delivered within 1-3 working days.
• Collect in store FREE- pick up from our shop in Llanover Abergavenny NP7 9HP.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or My Hermes. A signature is required on delivery. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot
